Offerize

Terms of service

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Atema mobile, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) in the Netherlands that runs Offerize. By creating an account, you accept them. Questions: atemamail@proton.me.

What Offerize does

Offerize collects job postings from job sites for the roles and places you choose, uses AI to read each posting so it can be filtered by what you’re looking for and to rate how well it fits, and helps you write a CV and cover letter for a posting from the facts you give it.

Fair use

Every account shares the same servers and services, so each account has daily limits and a monthly allowance for AI features and job collection; the app tells you when you reach one. Don’t:

If an account breaks these rules, we may suspend or close it. Unless the breach is serious, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Your content

Your CV, notes, answers and settings stay yours. You let Offerize store and process them only to provide the service to you, including sending them to the AI provider as the privacy notice describes. Tailored CVs and cover letters are yours to use as you like.

Changes and availability

Liability

As far as the law allows, Offerize is provided as it is, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as missed opportunities or lost earnings. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Offerize in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings. These terms then end, except the parts meant to last, such as liability.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection its consumer law gives you, and you can also go to court there. If something goes wrong, please write to atemamail@proton.me first; we’ll try to sort it out with you.
