Privacy notice
Last updated 22 October 2026
Offerize helps you find product designer roles, track your applications and tailor your CV to each posting. This notice explains, in plain words, what it stores about you, why, who else handles it and how to delete it.
Offerize is run by Atema mobile, who is responsible for your data. Questions or requests: atemamail@proton.me.
What’s stored and why
Only what you enter or what Offerize collects for you, to run the service for your account. Nobody else with an account can see any of it.
- Your account: your username and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), so you can sign in, and the language you chose for the app (or, until you choose one, the one your browser asks for), so Offerize and its AI talk to you in it.
- Search settings: the job titles you want, your country and cities, work modes, what you’re looking for, the sources you added and their keys, so Offerize knows which jobs to collect and how to rank them.
- Your CV and About you notes: the CV you add and the facts about you kept beyond it, so tailored CVs start from them.
- Job postings and your applications: the postings collected for you, the facts the AI read from each (such as the level, languages and location), the AI’s fit rating for each, and which ones you marked applied or hid and why, so you can work through them.
- Tailored CVs: each CV conversation (the AI’s questions and your answers), the tailored CV and the PDFs you download.
- Notifications: if you turn them on, your Telegram bot token and chat ID or the email address you choose for them, your time zone and quiet hours, to send you digests of new positions.
- Your subscription: if you subscribe, Stripe’s customer and subscription IDs for your account, the subscription’s status and when its current period ends, so Offerize knows what your account may use. Your card details, name, email and billing address go to Stripe, never to Offerize.
The server also keeps basic usage and error logs to keep the service running. Failed sign-ins are counted per IP address for 15 minutes to stop password guessing. There are no ads and no third-party trackers.
Who else handles it
Offerize relies on a few services to do its job. Each gets only what it needs:
- OpenAI (the AI): job postings, to read facts from them (without anything about you); the cities you choose, to find where they are; your job titles, what you’re looking for in your own words and the reasons you give for hiding a position, to rate how well postings fit and suggest changes to what you’re looking for; and your CV, About you notes and your answers in CV conversations, to tailor your CV. If you ask for filter suggestions during setup, the AI also receives that description, your job titles, selected work languages and salary currency to suggest filter values. Your other filters stay on Offerize’s server: postings are filtered there. OpenAI doesn’t use data sent through its API to train its models by default.
- Apify, to search LinkedIn and Indeed, and the Himalayas job API: only your search terms (job titles, cities, country). Your CV and personal notes are never sent to job sources.
- Telegram, only if you turn on Telegram notifications: the digest messages about new positions.
- Resend (EU, Ireland), only if you turn on email notifications: your notification email address and the digest emails about new positions.
- Stripe (with Link), if you subscribe: it takes your payment as the seller of record, so it handles your payment details, receipts, taxes and refunds under its own privacy policy. Offerize tells it only which account a subscription belongs to.
- Fly.io hosts the server and its database in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (EU).
- Google Fonts: pages load their fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google’s servers.
Cookies and storage in your browser
Offerize sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It’s strictly necessary, so there’s no cookie banner. Your browser may also keep display preferences (such as how lists are shown, or the theme) in its local storage; they never leave your device. It also remembers your language there, so the sign-in page is in it too.
How long it’s kept
Everything is kept until you delete your account. Deleting it is immediate and permanent: your subscription is cancelled, your account, settings, CV, About you notes, positions, applications, CV conversations and PDFs are removed, and you’re signed out everywhere. Stripe keeps its records of your payments as the law requires. The hosting provider keeps daily snapshots of the server’s disk for a few days as backups, so deleted data disappears from those too shortly after.
